Shipping Policy

Please note that the shipping costs displayed on our website do not reflect the full amount. To keep our prices competitive and accessible, we incorporate part of the shipping cost into the product price.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are shipped via Bosta across Egypt. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • You may try on your order while the courier waits outside.

  • Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Egypt.

  • If you do not receive a phone call from the courier within 2-5 days of placing your order, please contact us so we can check on your shipment.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within Egypt.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return & exchange process is simple! Just reach out to us via email at theselfishshop@gmail.com or Instagram @theselffish.co, and we will arrange for our courier to pick up the items.

Return Policy

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received (including the tote bag).

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (approx. 100 LE) + the original shipping cost (80 LE for free shipping orders, 30 LE for standard shipping).

  • Returns typically take 5-10 business days to process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and transferred to your bank account.

  • Refunds are only processed after the courier returns the item to us. Bank transfers may take up to 3 days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please email or DM us with your request.

  • We will arrange for our courier to pick up the item.

  • Once received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item.

  • Shipping charges apply to exchanges.

The Selffish was founded by Habiba El Saghir and her mother, Mona Marei, in memory of Habiba's Gedo.
